6 week Strength Cycle with the objective of increasing strength, primarily in the compound lifts. Barbell back squat, Barbell Deadlift and Bench Press. These movements, as well as accessory movements that are specific to improving these movements are part of this program. Every 2 weeks, or 14 Days you progress the resistance (weight) by 5% or reps by 20%.
